Ride informed. Ride responsible.
These development terms apply to the TrailLink beta. The final business identity, governing-law notice, and effective date must be completed before a public commercial launch.
Not a guarantee of access
TrailLink combines public agency data, park information, community reports, and third-party maps. A displayed line does not guarantee that a route is open, safe, suitable, or legal for your vehicle. Posted signs, current closure orders, land managers, and law always control.
Safety
Off-road riding is hazardous. You are responsible for your route, equipment, weather decisions, permissions, skill level, emergency plan, and compliance with local rules. TrailLink does not replace 911, satellite emergency equipment, paper maps, or responsible trip planning.
Your account and content
Keep your credentials secure. Submit only content you have the right to share. Do not harass riders, publish another person’s location without consent, falsify trail conditions, or use TrailLink for unlawful access.
Beta software
Beta features may change, fail, or be unavailable. Back up information that matters to you and report defects through support. TrailLink may suspend accounts or remove content to protect riders, the service, or legal rights.
Third-party services
Map tiles, official datasets, app distribution, and linked websites are governed by their own terms. Source attribution is shown where required.
