The map is blank

Confirm the phone has a data connection, then reopen the Map tab. Trail lines and the visual basemap come from separate sources, so one may load before the other.

A route looks wrong

Use Report an issue from the route page. Include the trail number, what you observed, and the date. Posted signs and current land-manager orders always take priority.

The APK will not install

Open Android Settings → Install unknown apps and allow the browser or Files app you used for this one installation. Then open the downloaded APK again.

Vehicle or ride did not sync

Your change remains queued locally when the phone is offline. Sign in, reconnect, and leave TrailLink open briefly so the queue can retry.
